FAQ’s About Bella Palazzo Luxury Home Rentals
Are Bella properties Five Star?
All of the Bella luxury homes that we have for rent are well appointed with five star service and amenities. We have a new line of homes called Petite Bella. These homes are all smaller square footage than our 13,000 sq ft properties, but enjoy all of the luxury and well-appointed amenities as the large mansions.
With the economy where it is, can Bella offer us smart spending packages with value added?
Yes, we can! When you think about the nightly rate of a Bella home versus a five star resort rate, we will, most of the time, come in lower on the per person price. As well, cooking in your own kitchen will always save you money when traveling! Especially if you are a large group.
We want stress free when we travel. Renting a home seems like more work; is it?
Let’s talk about that right up front. Your Bella Luxury Rental can be as hassle free as you would like it…you can make your own bed and straighten up the kitchen yourself, if you like; we will leave you be. However, if you want to be pampered during your stay, just say the word! Daily housekeeping, in-house chef, masseuse on call…whatever your whim.
Are Bella luxury homes child friendly?
You bet! We love kids! If we know you are bringing some of children and their ages, your personal concierge will always get an extra gift for the kiddos! That is the beauty of a Bella home as a family reunion location. You can watch your grandchildren, children and sons and daughters laugh together, cook together and swim together…all in your private setting!
Does Bella offer Vacation Experiences?
Yes! We have many Bella Vacations to experience to create your memories! We have wine & food experiences, Grand Canyon Experiences, personal shopping excursions, Golf & Poker, Spa and Yoga, whatever will make your experience all your own!
What are the differences between and Bella home and a five star hotel room?
When in a Bella property, you have all the privacy and use of every space. No need to have to worry about getting dressed to go down to the lobby for a great cup of coffee, or worry about the high prices of most resorts for food and beverage! And when it comes to a comparison of even the casitas at a hotel versus a Bella home, well let’s talk 1,200 square feet? Or 12,000?
Is it more cost effective for me to stay at a home than a hotel?
It would almost always be more cost effective in a Bella home. Especially if you are a fairly large group, say a corporate retreat, or guys out to golf, family reunion, or girls weekend, then it would definitely be more cost effective for you to stay in a Bella home! When considering a nightly rate in a home, you must divide that number by number of people staying in the home to come up with the room night rate. You would be surprised with what the number comes out too! As well, let's not forget the square footage that you get ~ 600 sq ft for a hotel room compared to 10,000 sq ft for a Luxury Home Rental!
What is the minimum stay?
Bella Palazzo has a two-day minimum stay at most properties, and some have a one-week minimum. A few have one-month minimums due to strict town codes.
What amenities does Bella offer?
Most of the homes feature swimming pools, hot tubs, game rooms, and theaters. The downtown units have saunas; fitness centers, meeting spaces, outside fire pits, 24-hour attended lobbies; balconies and patios; vaulted ceilings and fireplaces; and covered parking and garages.
Do you offer Concierge at Bella Properties?
Yes, we do. A concierge will be assigned to your stay and will contact you prior to your arrival to see if you would like to participate in some of the fabulous activities, restaurants, spas and the stocking of your fridge prior to your stay! Need a six pack of Corona and a lime, no problem! All the fixings for a Mexican Feast, no sweat!
Do you offer in-house chef service?
Yes we do! I am glad you asked! We have 8 preferred caterers that we use with an additional list of personal chefs to choose from. As well, we can supply your luxury home rental with pre-made gourmet meals to heat up in minutes. This way, you can enjoy your property with full relaxation and not have to eat out everyday.
Where are the local restaurants and event locations nearby?
Depending on what part of the Valley the homes or loft units are in, some local attractions are walking distance, some a 10-minute drive. All of the properties are in prime locations within the Valley!
How will I know how to operate a home?
Your property will come with an operational manual that will explain the home and how it operates. Yes, we know some of those TV’s can be complicated! Also, you will have a concierge phone number and a list of all of the service people associated with your Bella home. If there is a fire, a robbery, or another criminal or life-threatening emergency, PLEASE CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY.
How will I access the home as I come and go?
Most of the properties you will be greeted by your concierge as she walks you through the property at check in. she will show you how the home works and issue you your keys. Each guest will receive up to 2 keys. Bella requires that you sign an agreement to issue all keys back at check out. if not a fee will be charged to you to change all of the locks.
Can I get housekeeping service?
Yes! Monthly, weekly, daily and special occasion or as-needed housekeeping service is available as an A La Carte Amenity. Please let us know when you book your property if you would like housekeeping. Most properties come with twice week housekeeping.
Will there be sheets on the beds and towels in the bathrooms?
Absolutely! We place professionally laundered Fine Italian sheets and towels in all of the bed & bathrooms. Many home rentals require you to bring in your own, not Bella! This is part of your Bella experience in renting a property from us! We also place Gilchrist and Soames amenities in the bathroom, just like a hotel! Soaps, bath salts, shampoos, conditioners, lotions, mending kits, the works!
What is the difference between renting Bella Luxury home rental verses direct from the homeowner?
Well, as you may expect many of these homes, while occupied, are only infrequently visited. Some homes are used as little as two weeks a year by the owners. They prefer to have as little to do with their property as possible. Bella is so good at taking care of their home that they choose to turn it entirely over to us to let. No hassles for the homeowners. Plus, you are garenteed to have a sparkling clean home with professionally laundered fine Italian linens and towels!
Is there a grill at each Bella property?
Yes, all of the properties are required to have a grill in place. Some have entire kitchens outside. The loft units downtown have two fabulous grills in the common area of the outside patio overlooking the Ballpark.
Are all of the properties that you represent fully furnished?
Yes. All of the Bella properties are fully furnished and stocked with our Bella Villa Supply List. Everything that you will need to cook, to blow dry your hair, to sleep comfortably, to eat!
Will my Home have a full-sized washer and dryer?
All of the homes with our portfolio do have a washer and dryer. Some high-end properties have several within the home! Some of the units within towers do not have a washer and dryer but pick up delivery cleaners are available at all properties!
Can I bring my dog, cat, or iguana?
Some of the properties are pet friendly. Please ask us when inquiring.
Can I have a home office?
Most of the homes have full office space and are equipped with fax machines and WIFI.
Can I get HBO, Showtime or Pay-Per-View?
Most of the homes and loft units downtown have all of the comforts of home when it comes to these items.
Can I get high-speed Internet?
Yes, All Bella homes are required to provide Wi-Fi.
Are there smoking and non-smoking Bella Homes?
All Bella properties are ‘No Smoking’ facilities.
About Bella Billing
How much is required to hold the date?
A 50% deposit is required to book the home for you. We will notify you two weeks prior when the balance is due.
When is my balance due?
We do require that all balances be paid in full within one week of occupancy.
Can I pay with a credit card, wire or cashiers check?
Yes, on all of the above, however, our payment of choice is a direct wire. If a credit card is run, a small convenience fee will apply. We do require a CC to be held during your stay for any incidentals that may occur.
Do I have a damage security due at time of booking?
Bella Palazzo requires a one nights refundable damage security on each luxury home for rent. We hold the deposit for 30 days while we inspect the property for damage. If no damage has occurred, all of the security deposit is paid back in full.
What happens if we do break something in the home, or damage occurs?
Once we have determined the damage done, and a quote has been issued, we will forward the estimate to you for approval. Once all is OK and agreed to we will deduct this fee from your damages security deposit or charge your credit card.
Do I have to pay extra to heat the pool/Jacuzzi?
In most homes, the Jacuzzi is included in the rental rate. If you would like to heat the pool during your stay, it will at the minimum be an additional $500 per week. The variation is in the size of the pool…. So charges vary.
Are all of the utilities included?
Yes. All major utilities (reasonable and customary), including electric, gas, water, trash service, local phone, cable and Internet are included in our flat monthly fee. Long-distance, local long-distance, toll charges, directory assistance, any other additional phone charges or misuse charges incurred will be billed to you or applied to your credit card on file if necessary.
Are there any additional fees or taxes?
Prior to signing the lease, Bella will require a 6% service fee and a bed tax. Depending on the town or city where the home is located will determine the bed tax.
